The Club Training

Our coaches will provide individual training if requested.  All coaches are NCAA Certified with background checks.  This is important, so you can feel our sports program provides a healthy, safe and pleasant experience. 


We provide training in the areas of strength training (upper and lower body), conditioning (upper and lower body), ball handling (beginners thru advanced) and shooting drills (beginners thru advanced).  We would be happy to provide your child individual workouts.  Don't hesitate to call us for details about our individual training!
